I had an issue that occurred the first time I visited this dealership resulting in a negative experience, but the service director Chad Zarnow reached out to me personally to resolve the situation and make sure I was taken care of. Things can definitely happen, but it’s how you handle them when they do - that’s what really matters. I’m happy to change my review to 5 star with that kind of follow-up and follow-through, as that is the kind of service you expect to receive from Porsche. I’m looking forward to returning here for my future car maintenance needs and look forward to maintaining a positive relationship moving forward.

My first experience was nothing short of perfect! Andreas is very knowledgeable and made sure we felt comfortable with the purchase the whole way through. He was also always very quick to respond to my texts and calls. The car alone is AMAZING just makes it a whole better having great customer service from everyone at Porsche South Orlando.

Nate from Porsche South Orlando is amazing. Extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond for Porsche customers. This dealership is very well maintained, clean and well staffed. I am not satisfied at all with the service. I have 911, Cayenne and a Taycan I own all these porsches and every time I go to the dealer for service I need to change to a new tires. I wasted two days and I have the same problem. The only solution for porsche of south orlando is to change the 4 tires. No balance. No tpms reset error. Porsche only want is to sales tires by

Just left this place and was serviced by Vanessa Erwin. Porsche should not have someone like her working at their establishment. Called to get an oil change and was told that loaner was available by one of the staff there. Came in through service and no one acknowledged that I was there. Went to the front desk and informed them I was there for a 12pm and was told someone would be with me. Waited 30 minutes and no one from services came and addressed my concerns. Walked up to Vanessa and told her I was there for an oil change. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t do loaners for oil change. Then, she began telling me I needed to get “further maintenance” . I informed her that I did that last year and paid about $4200.”and that I needed to do that again and pay $4500. I asked her for a print out of the services she claimed I needed and she flat out told me that they don’t have the capacity to give me a print out. I left because I realize she was lying and trying to scam me. I went to the Winter Park Porsche , then pulled up my file and ran my vin number and assured me that I don’t need the “required maintenance” and that an oil change is all I needed, which was $450. I believe that this service representative was being intentional with trying to deceive me. I’m sitting at the winter park Porsche where I was given a loaner and getting an oil change. I paid over $100,000 for this car an an additional &12,000 in extended warranty. This type of service should never be tolerated at your facility. This is where I purchased my car and should not have been treated this way. Horrible customer service.
